HypnoticMind - Dein-Engel
Hallo liebe Leser,
kaum ein Produkt ist derzeit wieder so im Gespräch wie das "mystische" HypnoticMind! Und keiner weiß so recht, um was es geht, was es beinhaltet und wie man ran kommt... doch alle reden bereits davon und die Spannung ist sprichwörtlich mit Händen zu greifen. Ob dies nun Zufall oder eher die hohe Kunst des Marketings und der Kundenverführung ist, das mag jeder für sich selbst beantworten. Für mich jedenfalls steht fest: Der bekannte und sympathische Gründer von Digitale-Infoprodukte.de Tobias Knoof lässt nun nach monatelangen Warten endlich die sprichwörtliche Katze aus dem Sack!
Bereits seit Mitte letzten Jahres, also vor über 9 Monaten (!) wurde über HypnoticMind... dem Nachfolger des TrafficPrisma und zweiten Teil einer Triologie... gesprochen, und selbst bei Massenseminaren wie bei T.Harv Eker letztes Jahr in Berlin kam es bereits zu Menschenaufläufen bei den ersten offiziellen Ankündigungen rund um HypnoticMind. Was seit dem geschehen ist, ist eine Menge... eine Menge aufgewirbelter Staub, eine Menge Emotionen und eine Menge Menschen, die in hochlobenden Tönen und mit großer Erwartungshaltung von HypnoticMind und dem sich immer weiter emotionalisierenden Launch sprechen.
Doch wie auch in den letzten Wochen findet man wieder und wieder nur kleine Informationsbröckchen über den mystischen "HypnoticMind-Masterkurs", welcher sich wohl speziell mit tiefenwirksamen Kauf-Verhaltenstriggern, emotionaler Verkaufspsychologie und hypnotischen Sprachmustern beschäftigt. Ich selbst habe mich daher schon mit einigen Interviews und Beiträgen zu diesem Thema von Tobias im Vorfeld beschäftigt... und bin heute besonders Stolz, Ihnen einen ersten wirklich tiefen Einblick in das Original-Produkt liefern zu können.
Der folgende Auszug ist ein ORIGINAL-Auszug aus dem lang erwarteten HypnoticMind-System... Das was man liest, ist an sich schon wertvoll... und trotzdem nur ein Auszug dessen was da kommt! Nämlich 28 wissenschaftlich erforschte und tief im menschlichen Verhalten verwurzelte "Kaufrausch"-Effekte... angereichert mit zahlreichen hypnotischen Wortlisten und tiefenwirksamen, emotionsgeladenen Neuro-Mustern. Der Diderot-Effekt entstammt aus der Konsumforschung und beschreibt den Zwang, nach dem Kauf eines Produktes weitere passende Folgeprodukte zu kaufen, um ein „stimmiges“ Gesamtbild zu schaffen. Der Effekt ist praktisch in der gesamten Wirtschaft zu finden und wird von Psychologen wie Soziologen sogar als „Innovationsmotor“ beschrieben. Durch das unaufhörliche Verlangen der Kunden nach passenden, neuen und sich ergänzenden Produkten, sehen sich Unternehmen förmlich gezwungen, möglichst schnell neue Angebote, Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu veröffentlichen. Der Effekt beschreibt zudem eine ganz außerordentliche Wirkung auf das Konsumverhalten und damit auf die Verkaufsstrategien.
Die Bezeichnung des Phänomens geht auf den französischen Aufklärer Denis Diderot zurück, welcher den Effekt auch als „Kaufketten-Zwang“ bezeichnete. Die Auflösung einer harmonischen Gesamtheit (z. B. „ein passendes Kleid + Schuhe + Handtasche“) führt dabei zu Änderungen im Gesamtbild der Person, zum Bruch der sogenannten „Diderot-Einheit“. Das heißt: Für ein (erneutes) stimmiges Gesamtbild wird es (unbewusst) notwendig, weitere Schritte (Käufe) zu unternehmen.
„Durch den Kauf eines neues Details, z.B. eines Möbelstücks, verändert sich das gewohnte SOWIE das angestrebte Gesamtbild. Unzufriedenheit entsteht, der Wunsch nach´Ergänzung´ wächst und die Konsum-Kettenreation wird ausgelöst.“
Da sich aber durch weiteren Konsum die Diderot-Einheit immer wieder neu bildet oder verformt, ist nie ein stimmiges „Endbild“ möglich. Der Diderot-Effekt ist somit auch verantwortlich für den sogenannten Kaufrausch, für außer Kontrolle geratene Kaufschübe und für Kaufsucht, um möglichst schnell das Gesamtbild zu „korrigieren“ (was es aber letztendlich nur um so schneller verändert).
Der Diderot-Effekt ist dabei außerordentlich mächtig und findet intensive Anwendung in der Werbe- und Verkaufspsychologie sowie der Kampagnenplanung großer Konzerne. Praktisch ganze Branchen bedienen diesen Effekt mit sogenannten Upsell-, Downsell-, One-Time-Offer- und Cross-Sell-Strategien und setzen damit jährlich Milliarden um.
Das Phänomen wird mit jedem Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung auf´s neue ausgelöst und lässt damit ein neues „momentanes Gesamtbild“ SOWIE ein „wünschenswertes Endbild“ im Kopf des Kunden entstehen, was die bisher bestehende Diderot-Einheit aber wieder „zerstört“.
Die Lösung der meisten Kunden lautet dann: Erwerb einer neuen, zusätzlichen, dazugehörigen und „passenden“ Sache, um das Gesamtbild (weiter) zu vervollständigen. Das paradoxe daran ist, dass sich mit dem Erwerb der neuen Sache das Gesamtbild aber gar nicht komplettieren KANN, da sich die Diderot-Einheit (das was zusammen gehört und sich bisher harmonisch angefühlt hat) AUFGRUND des Neuerwerbs im Kopf neu formt. Die Diderot-Einheit „zerbricht“ und der Kreislauf beginnt von vorn und hält so eine ganze Gesellschaft in der „Konsumschleife“ („Das brauch ich noch!“).
„Der Diderot-Effekt bringt Menschen dazu, passende Folgeprodukte zu kaufen, sobald diese als solche erkannt werden. Folgeprodukte müssen dabei aufbauend, ergänzend und vervollständigend auf das vorangegangene Produkt wirken.“
Ein Gegenstand führt so zum nächsten, denn jedes Produkt transportiert eine Bedeutung. Menschen erwerben nicht Dinge, um der Dinge willen, sondern aufgrund der dahinter stehenden Emotionen. Wir versuchen uns daher mehr oder weniger Wünsche zu erfüllen, welche die angestrebten Emotionen verursachen. Hierin liegt auch die Grundidee des „Brandings“, nämlich Produkte, Waren und Dienstleistungen so „aufzuladen“, dass sie von der angestrebten Zielgruppe als äußerst angenehm und erstrebenswert empfunden werden. Die Aufladung entsteht dabei immer durch emotionale Kommunikation mit der Zielgruppe (mithilfe von Texten, Bildern & Videos), gekleidet in Storys.
Jeder Mensch ist nach Einheit und Harmonie bestrebt. Deshalb wählt er die Dinge so, dass sie ein sinnvolles Ganzes ergeben, eine Diderot-Einheit. Wird diese „disharmoniert“, entsteht der Zwang zur Wiederherstellung der Einheit. Dieses äußerst merkwürdige Phänomen ist jedoch tief in der menschlichen Psyche verwurzelt und einer der Urinstinkte und Antriebskräfte allen Lebens: Das Streben nach Harmonie, Ganzheit und Einheit.
Haben wir uns für ein Produkt entschieden, so kaufen wir meist noch weitere „passende“ dazu. Im Sinne des Marketings müssen Sie daher Ihre Angebote so entwickeln, dass diese als neu & innovativ wahrgenommen werden und auf eine ganz besondere Weise die Welt ihrer Kunden „ergänzen“. Produkte, Angebote und Dienstleistungen sollten als „Folgeprodukte“ kommuniziert werden. Ebenso haben sich Serien, Updates, Upgrades & neue Versionen als marketingstrategisch sinnvoll erwiesen.
„Erstellen Sie neue Versionen sowie Serien von Ihren Produkten. Alles was einen Seriencharakter hat oder einer neuen, aktualisierten Version entspricht, löst neben der Sammelleidenschaft auch den Diderot-Effekt aus.“
Das Phänomen kann einen Kaufrausch genauso erklären wie übermäßige Kaufzurückhaltung, einen Megatrend genauso wie einen starken Gegentrend und eine Begeisterung genauso wie eine strikte Verweigerung gegenüber einem Produkt. Die unbewusste Angst vor dem Verlust der (Diderot-)Einheit ist ebenso stark, wie der Wunsch nach noch größerer Harmonie, nach noch mehr Wachstum und nach dem Erreichen der eigenen großen Lebensziele.
Alles was dem zuträglich ist, erfährt Konsum, es entsteht ein Markt. Alles was dem abträglich ist, wird abgelehnt, die Aufmerksamkeit abgezogen. Unterstützen Sie daher Ihre Kunden mit wirklich hilfreichen, aufbauenden, zusammengehörigen, ergänzenden und komplettierenden Produkten, um die „gefühlte“ Einheit der Dinge wieder herzustellen. Arbeiten Sie dabei mit Produktserien, neuen Produktversionen, Folgeprodukten, Upgrades oder teilen Sie Ihre Produkte in kleinere Einheiten.
„Kaufketten können Sie besonders durch den strategischen Einsatz von Upsells, Downsells, Cross-Sells und sogenannten One-Time-Offern (einmaligen Angeboten) aufbauen.“
Konkret bedeutet das: Verkaufen Sie ein Hauptprodukt (oder eine Lightversion), leiten Sie den Kunden durch den Warenkorbprozess, und empfehlen Sie ihm anschließend ein passendes Folgeprodukt (Vollversion), welches sich im Idealfall perfekt ergänzt und auf das erste Produkt aufbaut sowie eine Preisdifferenz von 50-70% nach oben oder unten hat. Dies könnte folgendermaßen aussehen:

Um den Diderot-Effekt gewinnbringend in Ihrem eigenen Online-Business einzusetzen, nutzen Sie die Anregungen auf der folgenden sorgfältig zusammengestellten Checkliste...
Der Diderot-Effekt beschreibt den Zwang von Menschen, nach dem Kauf weitere passende Produkte kaufen zu müssen, um ein „stimmiges“ Gesamtbild (wieder) zu erschaffen. Der Effekt wird auch als „Kaufketten-Zwang“ bezeichnet und beruht auf der Auflösung einer harmonischen Gesamtheit (z. B. „ein passendes Sofa + Teppich + Gardinen“). Jede Änderung im Gesamtbild wird dabei als „störend“ empfunden, es kommt zum sogenannten Bruch der „Diderot-Einheit“. Der Käufer empfindet den Zwang, sein Gesamtbild korrigieren zu müssen.
Für ein (erneutes) „stimmiges“ Gesamtbild wird es (unbewusst) notwendig, weitere Schritte (Käufe) zu unternehmen. Da sich aber durch weiteren Konsum die Diderot-Einheit immer wieder neu bildet, ist nie ein stimmiges „Endbild“ möglich, da dieses sich eben mit jedem Kauf ändert. Der Diderot-Effekt ist somit auch verantwortlich für den bekannten Kaufrausch, für außer Kontrolle geradene Kaufschübe und für Kaufsucht im weitesten Sinne.
Das Phänomen zwingt den Kunden unbewusst möglichst schnell sein neu entstandenes Gesamtbild zu „korrigieren“ (Die Jacke passt nicht mehr zur Hose, der Sessel nicht mehr zur Schrankwand). Bieten Sie daher Ihren Kunden über gezielte Upsell-, Downsell-, One-Time-Offer- und Cross-Sell-Strategien weiterführende, aufbauende, passende, ergänzende, vervollständigende und „zusammengehörige“ Produkte an (oder teilen Sie Ihre Produkte).
Das merkwürdige ist jedoch, dass es für den Diderot-Effekt keine „Unterbrecher“ zu geben scheint. Er wird mit jedem Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung auf´s neue ausgelöst und lässt damit ein neues „momentanes Gesamtbild“ SOWIE ein „wünschenswertes Endbild“ im Kopf des Kunden entstehen, was die bisher bestehende Diderot-Einheit immer „zerstört“.
Es ergibt sich daher, dass sich mit dem Erwerb einer neuen Sache das Gesamtbild nie komplettieren kann, da sich die Diderot-Einheit („was zusammen gehört“) AUFGRUND eben des Neuerwerbs neu im Kopf des Kunden formt. Der Diderot-Effekt bringt Menschen allein durch den „Erstkauf eines Produktes“ dazu, mit zunehmender Vertrautheit passende Folgeprodukte zu kaufen, sobald diese als solche erkannt werden. Der Kunde wird zum Stammkunde und die Bequemlichkeit tut ihr übriges. Arbeiten Sie zusätzlich mit Produktversionen, Serienprodukten, Folgeprodukten, Updates, Upgrades und nutzen Sie Up- & Downsells.
